Connect Microsoft 365 or Outlook

Before you start

Microsoft 365 normally blocks mailbox connections made with an ordinary password. This is a Microsoft security rule, not a wrong-password error. 4logist uses Microsoft’s secure sign-in screen instead.

Steps

1. Open Connections → Mailboxes and choose Connect email.
2. Select Microsoft Outlook.
3. On Microsoft’s sign-in page, sign in to the work mailbox that receives freight requests.
4. Approve the requested email permissions.
5. Microsoft returns you to 4logist. Wait for the connection test and confirm that the mailbox says Connected.

If Microsoft says an administrator must approve

Your company does not allow employees to approve new applications. Changing the mailbox password will not solve this.

1. Ask your Microsoft 365 administrator to approve 4logist AI for your organization in Microsoft Entra.
2. After approval, return to Connections → Mailboxes and connect the same mailbox again.
3. If Microsoft still blocks the connection, open Help in 4logist and choose Message support. Write: “Microsoft 365 requires administrator approval.”
