Understand a price analysis
The recommendation is not a black box. Before sending, you can check the route, request details, similar shipments, and confidence.
What to check first
- Route and cargo details. Check the cities, weight, date, and cargo type. If the email was misunderstood, correct this before sending.
- Recommended price. Use it as a starting point for your decision, not an automatic commitment.
- Similar shipments. These show which past jobs support the recommendation.
- Confidence. When there are few good comparisons, check the price more carefully.
