Connect 4logist
Connect your 4logist account so the agent can use your own route history. The API client secret is not the password you use to sign in.
What you will get
The 4logist connection will show Connected, and the agent can use your past routes when it recommends a price.
You need two different sets of details
- API access: Client ID and Client secret. Find these in your 4logist portal under Settings → API or Integrations. These are not your sign-in password.
- Your login: Username and password that you use to sign in to 4logist.
Steps
- Open Connections → 4logist.
- Enter your 4logist portal address, for example
https://your-company.4logist.com. - Under API access, enter the Client ID and Client secret from your 4logist portal.
- Under 4logist login, enter the username and password you use on the 4logist website.
- Choose Save and connect. The connection test runs immediately.
If you see an error
- Wrong Client ID or Client secret: check the API access section. Do not enter your normal password there.
- Wrong username or password: check the login section with the same details you use on the 4logist website.
- Could not reach the 4logist portal: check the portal address.
