Freight forwarding is a judgment business run on thin margins and fast replies. The teams doing it best are small, multilingual, and deeply skeptical of software that wants to talk to their clients for them — rightly so. One wrong autonomous email costs more than a year of saved typing.
So we build the other kind of AI: agents that read the inbox, price from your own lane history, assemble customs documents grounded in what is actually on the page, and then stop — leaving a reviewable draft and a clear decision for a human. Speed where speed is safe; control where control is everything.
Where we come from
4logist AI is operated by Solario projektai, UAB, registered in Vilnius, Lithuania — inside the Baltic logistics corridor our first customers work in. The product grew alongside the 4logist TMS and its users: the lane histories, the CMR packets, and the Telegram-first operations of real EMEA forwarding desks shaped every agent we ship.
Our primary markets are the Baltics, Poland, and the wider CEE and EMEA region — desks of roughly five to a hundred trucks, quoting across languages every day.
